Functions:
The Academic Affairs Office of Shanghai Medical College is mainly responsible for the training of undergraduate medical students, the management of teaching operation, and coordination of the undergraduate teaching affairs of different medical schools and affiliated hospitals. It is also in charge of: organization of the research on medical teaching reforms to promote the development of medical teaching; ideological and political construction for medical courses; teaching materials construction and management; work concerning the training of undergraduate medical students; teaching management of medical experiments and practices; innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical students; management of medical qualification examinations; undergraduate medical courses scheduling, selection, examination management, management of student records, etc.; construction of a medical teaching quality guarantee system; assistance in the enrollment of undergraduate medical students.
